The new platform was developed by Gruden’s digital team and enables customers to search and link to ‘Secure-a-Spot’, Secure Parking’s online service where customers can book and pay for parking.
Importantly, the development has optimised the search function from mobiles, which are increasingly becoming the most utilised device for users looking for a parking solution.
The new platform is available across all 400 of Secure Parking’s sites across Australia and New Zealand, optimising user experience for customers.
Furthermore, it is expected to enhance the commercial and revenue opportunity for Secure Parking as the customer’s ability to search, find and book the best parking spot is enhanced.
This will in turn generate revenue for Gruden’s enterprise platform division and provide ongoing annuity services revenue.
