Persian Gold (AIM:PNG), the gold and copper explorer focused on Iran, announced that it had commenced a new drilling campaign at the Dalli porphyry copper-gold project in Central Iran. Persian will be targeting the South Hill at Dalli, to follow up on results last year which confirmed mineralisation from surface to around 210 metres.
Shares in Persian Gold moved 7% higher to 7.75 pence.
