Callitas Health starts trading with new name and symbol

The outstanding shares of the company has been reduced to around 32.462mln

Callitas Health Inc's (CNSX:LILY) name change from M Pharmaceutical Inc took effect from today (September 20) along with  its one-for-10 share consolidation.

The new trading symbol is LILY.

Shareholders will have  one-tenth the number of shares they used to hold, but the value of their stakes will be unchanged as the share value will multiply by 10 to compensate.

The outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to around 32.462mln.

As reported previously, the change means that certain investors who were unable to invest when the company's shares were trading at less than 10 cents will now be able to do so.
