Centaurus Metals Ltd's (ASX:CTM) shares have gained 33% to A$0.004 following a significantly oversubscribed rights issue which raised A$2.5mln.

The funds will be allocated to the highly prospective Serra Misteriosa Gold Project and to commence a maiden exploration program at the recently secured Salobo West Copper-Gold Project. Both projects are located in Brazil.

Queensland Bauxite Ltd (ASX:QBL) has rallied 18% to A$0.013, after its subsidiary Medical Cannabis Limited (MCL) received a successful update regarding its winter cannabis crops.
