NQ Minerals appoints adviser for AIM flotation

NQ Minerals Plc (AQSE: NQMI) (OTCQB: NQMLF) has appointed Beaumont Cornish Limited to advise the Company in relation to its intended admission to Aim. 

"We believe Aim would be the best place for a minerals company with near-term revenue generating ambitions such as ours and provide us with a broader investor base including access to institutional investors,” said NQ Non-Executive Chairman Brian Stockbridge.

“The process is at an early stage and I look forward to updating shareholders in due course."

Daniel Stewart continues as NEX Markets Corporate Adviser to the company.
