Manalto provides companies with software to manage social media, it has two products, Sóshlr and Enterprise Solution.
Sóshlr is targeted at SMEs and Enterprise Solution is targeted at larger businesses.
Sóshlr is distributed exclusively via channel partners to SMEs and customers may purchase 1-50 licenses.
Enterprise Solution is sold directly to larger enterprises with customers purchasing 50+ licenses. The Company has plans to develop an Enterprise distribution channel to make available the solution through channel partners.
Revenue is generated through a subscription based model where customers pay a monthly fee depending on the numbers of licenses required.
INFINIT is a San Jose based cloud solution provider and digital transformation company.
The reseller agreement with Manalto will see INFINIT offer Sóshlr to their customers as a standard offering in their Digital Foundation set of cloud services, next to products such as Microsoft Office 365.
Recent Microsoft integration
Manalto recently commenced the integration of its Sóshlr product into Microsoft Office 365.
Microsoft 365 is the largest selling cloud business application.
This integration is part of a broader integration strategy to make Sóshlr available for sale via Microsoft’s Cloud Office Store to an estimated addressable market of 60 million Office 365 commercial customers.
Simultaneously, Manalto began targeting cloud solution providers as part of further building its distribution channel of resellers.
INFINIT represents the first reseller of this kind for the company.
The agreement with INFINIT is significant as it shows that Manalto is making headway with its broader strategy of integrating with Microsoft’s Cloud Office Store by dealing with tier one Microsoft Cloud Solution providers.
INFINIT is a long-standing and industry recognised leader in the distribution of cloud applications in North America.
The opportunity for Manalto is to grow sales by growing its addressable market, which comes from continuing to sign distribution agreements, such as this.
Manalto estimates its total market opportunity to be more than US$200 million per annum in revenue.
