Silver City Minerals Ltd (ASX:SCI) is actively exploring near the world's largest zinc-lead-silver deposit at Broken Hill.

The company has now identified elevated lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) in pegmatites in the Waukeroo tin field.

There was also the delineation of elevated silver, lead and zinc in pegmatite samples.

Adding interest to Silver City, there is the potential for undiscovered buried lead-zinc-silver resources in the Riddock and Willyama exploration licenses.

The Riddock anomaly was an unexpected consequence of the pegmatite sampling program.

Drilling pending

Silver City will soon have the drill rig spinning at both Cobar and Broken Hill, with recent heavy rains delaying the start.
