Sovereign Metals granted ASX trading halt

Sovereign Metals (ASX:SVM) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details regarding the appointment of a corporate advisor and a capital raising.

The company is currently focussed on the Duwi Flake Graphite Project in Malawi.

A Scoping Study has commenced to examine production scenarios of around 40,000 tonnes and 100,000 tonnes of flake graphite per annum.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 13th August 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
