Fraser Range focused Ram Resources (ASX: RMR) is heading to market with a capital raising.
The ASX has today granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Ram recently added five more tenements in Western Australia’s Fraser Range belt, via an option covering 163 square kilometres of ground.
The tenements, known as Fraser Range North, are located 150 kilometres north of both Ram’s existing Fraser Range Project and Sirius Resources’ (ASX: SIR) Nova nickel-copper deposit.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 26th February 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
