Dourado Resources to raise up to $2.5m to fund copper gold exploration
Dourado Resources (ASX: DUO) will seek shareholder approval to raise up to $2.5 million by placement in order to fund copper gold exploration at the company’s Mooloogool and Diamond Wells Projects in Western Australia.
The potential new inflow of funds will also help Dourado complete due diligence on acquiring all the shares and options in Anuman Holdings, that the company doesn't already own.
At Mooloogool and Diamond Wells, Dourado will begin conducting field surveys for 10 geochemical zones at the projects within the week.
The projects have a main road within a 5 kilometre proximity and railway within 20 kilometres.
Drilling at the nearby Doolgunna Project has intersected mineralisation of 2.9% to 5.3% copper, 13.4 to 20.1 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 1.0% to 2.1% Zinc.
