Seeing Machines founders take over shares held by Jats Technology

Thursday, May 21, 2009 Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM: SEE) said it was notified that on May 6 2009, the four shareholders of JATS Technology Pty Ltd (JATS) reorganised JATS's holding in Seeing Machines and that, as a result of that reorganisation, JATS no longer holds any shares in Seeing Machines.

The shares in Seeing Machines originally held by JATS are now held directly by the founders of Seeing Machines (also the founders of JATS) including Dr Alexander Zelinsky a director of Seeing Machines.

Zelinsky now holds a total of 21,448,632 Seeing Machines ordinary shares, representing 6.87 percent of the issued share capital.

The other three JATS shareholders now directly hold the following ordinary shares in Seeing Machines. Timothy Edwards and Jochen Heinzmann both hold 21,448,632 shares, or a 6.87 percent stake, and Sebastien Rougeaux holds 21,732,464 shares, or 6.96 percent.
