Birimian Gold gets set to reveal material acquisition

Birimian Gold (ASX:BGS) has an acquisition on the table, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to prepare.

Currently BGS is focussed on gold in West Africa, and has outlined the potential for cash flow from mine development to fund an expanded exploration and acquisition program.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 29th February 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
