Cardia Bioplastics to divulge capital raising details

Cardia Bioplastics (ASX:CNN) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of a capital raising.

CNN said that this would be through a share placement and a share purchase plan.

The company is a developer and manufacturer of sustainable resins and finished products derived from renewable resources for the global packaging and plastic products industries.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 5th December 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
