Manalto qualifies social media product for sales program

Manalto has again demonstrated its ability to propel its sales and distribution of its key Sóshlr social media management product after qualifying for a specialised sales initiative within leading global automation provider -  Odin.

Manalto (ASX:MTL) has qualified for a specialised sales initiative within Odin – in which it integrated its product mid year – that will help further propel the distribution of Manalto's Sóshlr social media management product to its partner base of hosting companies and telco’s.

Sóshlr provides cloud-based social media management functionality to small to medium enterprises (SME) to deliver time savings and single visibility of social media activity across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Manalto is the tenth company and also the youngest and smallest company to successfully qualify for Odin's ISV (independent software vendor) Accelerate program.

It follows the Company’s recent announcement that its product has attained Odin certification

Sóshlr progress

Sóshlr utilises the Manalto technology, but is packaged and provisioned for resale as an add-on or part of a Business Services Bundle, and offers Web Hosts and Service Providers, globally, a revenue stream in addition to their core web hosting products.  

Sóshlr is purpose-built, packaged and provisioned for Host Companies and Telco’s to distribute Average Sóshlr packages average $120 p.a.

Since only launching mid 2015, Manalto has already signed three significant distribution agreements with hosting companies and resellers that reach an estimated 1 million SMEs. 
- LuxCloud and TopCloud represent the first two resellers actively selling to a combined partner base of 650+ Value-Added Resellers (VARs), IT distributors, Hosting Companies and Telco’s globally.
- Blacknight in Ireland has commenced commercialisation with an estimated addressable market of 120k SMEs. 

These partnerships, including Odin’s ISV Accelerate team, deliver Sóshlr access to a combined, indirect sales force of up to 90 people.

To further the growth of its Sóshlr channel, Manalto are in negotiations with a further six hosting companies who are currently trialling Sóshlr. 

Once complete, these would increase Manalto’s addressable market by and estimated 5 million unique SMEs.


The qualification for the Odin program is another important product distribution milestone for the company, which has recently expanded Sóshlr's exposure via a number of European commercialisation deals.

Manalto’s ability to anticipate a boom in social media spending by pursuing sales initiatives such as the Odin program and signing on with an expanding base of international commercial connections has helped underpin important investor support.

This has been most recently evidenced by a strong capital raising in November and its follow-up share purchase plan, which the company formally launched today in a move to raise an additional $1.9 million.
