Crowd Mobile granted ASX trading halt

Crowd Mobile (ASX:CM8) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details in relation to a proposed pro-rata rights issue offer.

The company currently operates in Australia, New Zealand and across Europe, with a focus on m-Payments, mobile entertainment and micro job networks.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 14th September 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
