Black Range Minerals to update on proposed takeover

Black Range Minerals (ASX:BLR) is preparing to update details on the proposed takeover offer from Western Uranium Corporation.

Western Uranium Corporation has made a conditional takeover offer for 100% of Black Range’s shares.

Pursuant to the proposed offer, Black Range shareholders will receive 1 Western share for every 750 Black Range shares.

The ASX has granted Black Range a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 19th March 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
