Deer Horn Capital Inc (CVE:DHM, CNSX:DHC) recorded an improved balance sheet on Thursday as its operating loss was sharply reduced in the third quarter, while boosting revenues from its organic retailing division.
The Vancouver-based company said that operating loss was C$263,371 in the three months ended April 30 versus C$317,986 in the same period a year ago.
Comprehensive loss for the period, at C$263,371, was also markedly down from C$579, 786 a year earlier. It means the loss per share shrank to 1 cent from 3 cents.
Revenue from its organic retailing division, which includes the organic food stores called Bodhi Natural Market, in the nine months ended April 30 was C$486,389, versus nil a year ago.
