Uranium Equities (ASX: UEQ) has a portfolio of uranium focused exploration projects in Australia, with a focus on South Australia and the Northern Territory.
The company has two main areas of focus: The development of the PhosEnergy Process; and exploration
activities directed at a small core of high quality exploration assets which include the key Nabarlek Project.
Uranium Equities unveils uranium hits of 2.3% at Nabarlek in Northern Territory
Australian uranium explorer Uranium Equities Limited (ASX: UEQ) received a giant shot in the arm with grades of 2.7% and 1.3% uranium returned from recent drilling at the Nabarlek joint venture.
Highlights include:
- 5.2m @ 1.34% eU3O8 including 2.7m @ 2.28% eU3O8 at West Arnhem
- 6.6m @ 612ppm eU3O8 and 18.4m @ 873ppm eU3O8 at Coopers

The West Arnhem JV covers an area of 477km2 surrounding the historic Nabarlek Uranium Mine, located within Uranium Equities’ 100%-owned Nabarlek Mineral Lease, with an ongoing 30 RC dilling program.
The surrounding tenements are held in a joint venture with Cameco Australia (UEQ 40%, Cameco 60%).
The Coopers Prospect is located 2.4 km east of the Nabarlek Mine close to the south-east corner of the Nabarlek Mineral Lease.
Thirteen RC holes have been drilled targeting a uranium bedrock geochemical anomaly previously defined by aircore drilling.
