Triton Minerals (ASX:TON) is hitting the ASX boards again at 10am today, Tuesday 6th December 2016, after a long hiatus which allowed the company to be re-capitalised and a new board and management implemented.
Triton Minerals is planning to announce results of an entitlement offer this week which has been underwritten to $4 million and aims to raise $11.3 million. This effort will support a graphite portfolio development plan which is rapidly advancing on several fronts.
Initial drilling at Triton Minerals’ Ancuabe project in Mozambique has demonstrated that the large-flake graphite found on surface also extends at depth, establishing considerable development potential.
Triton Minerals is seeking A$11.3 million for its drive to become a vertically integrated graphite company in Mozambique, with one investor agreeing to underwrite the fundraiser to a value of $4 million.
