The funds raised will be used to advance the feasibility study on the company’s Lake Wells Sulphate of Potash (SOP) Project in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields.

Australian Potash is also undertaking high impact drilling at the Yamarna Gold Project in one of Western Australia’s least explored greenstone belts, the Yamarna Greenstone Belt.

Lake Wells Sulphate of Potash Project

The definite feasibility study (DFS) into the Lake Wells SOP Project development continues to build on the strong, high-returning scoping study released in 2017.

The company is expected to produce the first trade samples from its site-based pilot evaporation pond program during Q2 – Q3 2018.

Australian Potash already has existing memorandum of understandings (MOUs) with global scale Chinese off-take partners which are progressing to formal off-take agreement discussions.

Yamarna Greenstone Gold Project

The first phase (6,000 metres) of the planned 23,000-metre drilling campaign into targets at the Yamarna Gold Project finished in early May, with some 1,400 samples submitted for assay.

Australian Potash is expecting a steady stream of results over the next few weeks.

The second phase comprising 8,000 metres will commence in June/July.

Sino-Agri is the subsidiary of one of China’s largest fertiliser companies, CNAMPGC Holding Limited Corporation.

The Lake Wells Potash Project consists of over 500 square kilometres of palaeovalley and salt lake terrain in the Yilgarn Craton.

The agreement envisages high level commercial terms for sales volumes of up to 100,000 tonnes per annum of SOP, or 30% of the estimated production from stage 2 at Lake Wells.

Importantly, the agreement lays a strong foundation as Australian Potash seeks to develop relationships with key players in the world’s largest fertiliser market.

The ability to secure sales volumes into larger regional markets is an important component of the company’s strategy, while also aiming to secure market share in the Australian market.

Meanwhile, Australian Potash will focus on strengthening its relationship with Sino-Agri in parallel with the project advancement at Lake Wells.

Sino-Agri is one of China’s largest fertiliser corporations with 60 years of operating history and is a producer, trader and distributor of a range of domestic and imported fertiliser products.

Australian Potash’s upcoming activity at Lake Wells in 2017 will include the commissioning of pilot evaporation ponds and commencement of stage 2 test-pumping program.

The company will also install stage 2 test-production bores, continue resource expansion programs and commence a feasibility study.

Australian Potash’s share price increased circa 58% since the start of 2017, last trading at $0.12.

<![CDATA[News - Goldphyre Resources' potash exploration yields high grade ]]> http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/136656/goldphyre-resources-potash-exploration-yields-high-grade-61160.html Goldphyre Resources’ (ASX:GPH) recent reconnaissance brine potash pit sampling program has reinforced preliminary sampling and confirmed the high grade nature of the Lake Wells Project in the Yilgarn Craton, Western Australia.

The program returned very high potassium and potash with a significant lake area outlined by + 8 kg/m3 sulphate of potash (SOP) contour.

Results included a maximum value of 7.36 kg/m3 potassium equivalent to 16.41 kg/m3 SOP while the average across 11 pit samples is 4.84 kg/m3 K, equivalent to 10.79 kg/m3 SOP.

Historic and company drilling records show strong groundwater inflow and presence of a deep (+60m) palaeochannel in the central part of the project area.

The company is working to identify the best possible options to continue to progress the project.

The Lake Wells Potash Project is understood to be unique in that it is the only Australian potash project with extensive gold-base metals drill coverage over the central portion of the target area.

This has provided detailed lithological information which will assist the design of future potash drilling campaigns.

Parts of the Lake Wells lake system are located on adjacent tenure not held by Goldphyre and strategic partnerships to secure relevant tenure are progressing.

Potash brine exploration in Australia is growing strongly. Australia imports 100% of its annual SOP requirements, estimated at circa. 500,000 tonnes per annum, leaving Australian end users exposed to exchange rate fluctuations.

In addition, the relatively slow development progress of high CAPEX hard rock overseas potash projects, and global macro-economic circumstances more generally, provide strong incentives for the development of domestic potash supplies.

The Beretta Project consists of one 350 square kilometre exploration license application and lies 80 kilometres from the Nova-Bollinger nickel-copper resource of Sirius Resources (ASX:SIR).

Goldphyre is now collating as much data as is available in preparation for field-work to commence when the tenement is granted.

Open file WAMEX and Geological Survey of Western Australia data indicates that only limited reconnaissance drilling has been completed on the Beretta Project.

Elevated nickel, copper and zinc values were recorded, and regional magnetic images indicate a circular magnetic high feature, referred to as MI6.

Acquiring a new, large holding in this tightly held province is a positive step in Goldphyre's base metals development strategy.

In August, the company uncovered nickel, copper and gold potential at its Lake Wells Project in Western Australia.

This included 49 metres at 0.22% nickel from 10 metres. Recent drilling also confirmed an ultramafic sequence with nickel sulphide potential.

Goldphyre plans to undertake further geophysical and petrological studies here to assess the potential of the elevated base metal results before determining the forward work program.

The company is lightly valued at just $1 million.

The company recently uncovered some nickel, copper and gold potential at the Central Area, part of the Lake Wells Project in Western Australia.

This included 49 metres at 0.22% nickel from 10 metres.

Recent drilling also confirmed an ultramafic sequence with nickel sulphide potential.

Goldphyre plans to undertake further geophysical and petrological studies to assess the potential of the elevated base metal results before determining the forward work program.

This is expected to consist of surface geochemistry, airborne and/or ground EM before further drilling targeting nickel-copper mineralisation.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 21st August 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.

Lake Wells lies just 60 kilometres north from where Gold Road Resources (ASX: GOR) has been reporting significant gold mineralisation at its Gruyere Prospect.

The drill program will test a range of priority targets for both gold and base metal potential including the Axford gold prospect, as well as geophysical, geochemical and structural targets.

Lake Wells covers sections of the interpreted extension of the Yamarna Shear Zone and relatively underexplored Mount Gill Greenstone Belt.

The drilling program is anticipated to be completed within four weeks with first assays to be received in late June, 2014.

Goldphyre is capitalised at under $2 million, leaving plenty of room to grow, upon drilling success.

Anomalous composite gold results from recently completed rotary air blast drilling returned 8 metres at 0.40 grams per tonne gold from 16 metres, and 12 metres at 0.30 grams per tonne gold from 28 metres.

Drilling targeted historic drill-hole gold anomalies, a north trending gold in soil anomaly, and along-trend potential of a 3 metres at 10.17 g/t gold intercept reported last month.

Whilst the composite results are low tenor, they confirm a near suface, northerly trending gold anomaly open to the north.

The company plans further drilling at Laverton, after a proposed drilling program at its flagship gold-nickel-platinum Lake Wells project in the Yilgarn Craton, early in the second quarter.

Goldphyre is capitalised at under $2 million, leaving plenty of room to grow on drilling success at Lake Wells.

Drilling will to test a 600 corridor to north of recent near surface, high grade gold intercepts.

Earlier this month, Goldphyre intersected 3 metres at 10.17 grams per tonne gold from 23 metres, which included 1 metre at 27.2 grams per tonne gold.

The 38 hole, 2,000 metre program is expected to take 5 to 6 days to complete, with composite results due in late February.

The gold intercepts on the northernmost line of the recent Goldphyre drilling remain open at depth and to the north for over 600 metres, and appear to be associated with weathered, sheared mafic-ultramafic schistose rocks.

Laverton Downs is situated in the central part of the prospective Laverton Tectonic Zone which is host to several significant gold deposits.

With a market cap of just $1.5 million, and retaining $900,000 in cash as at 28th January, Goldphyre could surprise to the upside with results of significance.

<![CDATA[News - Goldphyre Resources finds gold at Lake Wells project ]]> http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/136646/goldphyre-resources-finds-gold-at-lake-wells-project-38517.html Goldphyre Resources (ASX:GPH) has intercepted up to 1.57 grams per tonne of gold at its Axford prospect in the Lake Wells project in Western Australia.

The latest results confirm the presence of a large alteration system associated with major Eastern Goldfields deposits.

Drill results from reverse circulation and air core drilling of 43 holes for a total of 3,596 metres confirm the presence of a large alteration system.

Intercepts include 4 metres at 1.28g/t, 20 metres at 0.56 g/t, 4 metres at 1.57 g/t and 20 metres at 0.35 g/t.

Other gold anomalous intervals exceeding 100 parts per billion associated with broad alteration haloes in reverse and aircore drilling was found.

Reconnaissance geochemistry sampling was completed in the north part of the Lake Wells project and rock chips were collected.

The highest soil sample recorded was 16 ppb and further field reconnaissance and rock chip geochemistry is planned for later this month.

Follow up reverse circulation and additional scout aircore drilling with a salt lake accessible drill rig will be planned for the 2013 field season following the collection and receipt of all outstanding assay results.

<![CDATA[News - Goldphyre Resources’ share price heads up 93% ]]> http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/136645/goldphyre-resources-share-price-heads-up-93-37125.html Goldphyre Resources (ASX: GPH) is on an upwards share trajectory once again having regained substantial ground since mid-year.

The company’s share price has risen 93% to yesterday’s intra-day high of A$0.135, from the low of $0.07 Goldphyre was trading at in late June.

Yesterday shares added nearly 23%.

Goldphyre is approaching its one year anniversary since listing on the ASX on 20 December 2011.

The company is actively exploring its wholly owned exploration projects in the emerging gold regions of the Eastern Goldfields in Western Australia.

Since listing, Goldphyre has unearthed high grade gold intercepts in first reverse circulation drilling at the Axford Prospect, part of the Lake Wells Project, as well as generated gold and base metal anomalies on regional targets at Lake Wells and a base metal anomaly at Mailman Hill.

The company also added four new wholly owned projects to the fold.

Lake Wells covers a 550 square kilometre landholding covering the Yamarna, Mount Gill and Ulrich Range greenstone belts.

The project also covers about 30 kilometres of the interpreted northern extension of the Yamarna Shear.

Several aircore and reverse circulation gold anomalies have been recorded including a high grade hit of 1 metre at 19.73 grams per tonne (g/t) gold in a broader zone of 6 metres at 3.46g/t gold.

Meanwhile, at Mailman Hill, Goldphyre has a large landholding along a gold-base metals prospective zone near the 8 million ounce Leonora Gold Camp.

Aircore and reverse circulation drilling, comprising 1,871 metres across 35 holes, has been completed at the Iron Tank and Venus prospects.

Persistent gold and base metals anomalism has been reported at the Venus Prospect.

<![CDATA[News - Goldphyre Resources intercepts gold in first drilling at Lake Wells ]]> http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/136644/goldphyre-resources-intercepts-gold-in-first-drilling-at-lake-wells-29239.html Goldphyre Resources (ASX: GPH) has identified gold anomalism within the first assays from a program of rotary air blast and air core drilling at the Lake Wells Project in Western Australia.

Results from the nine holes drilled at Yilly have been returned, with intercepts including:

- 12 metres at 0.073 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 4 metres
- 4 metres at 0.129g/t gold from 36 metres; and
- 4 metres at 0.07g/t gold from 28 metres.

The low tenor, near surface gold anomaly in the first result marks the start of the reconnaissance drill line.

Further air core drilling is planned to follow up on two elevated gold anomalies, with particular focus on a strong north-south trending structure adjacent to the first drill hole.

Assays from a further 85 drill holes in the Lake Wells East Area and Central Area are pending.

Drilling in the East Area has identified the Mt Gill Greenstone Belt beneath shallow sand cover between 5 metres at 40 metres thick.

In the Central Area logging has revealed weathered mafic, gneissic and granite-porphyry type rocks.

Goldphyre’s Lake Wells Project is located 160 kilometres northeast of the town of Laverton, within the Yilgarn Craton.

Shallow gold and nickel anomalism identified in historical exploration provides immediate drill targets, with prospectivity for gold, nickel, platinum group elements, base metals and uranium.

<![CDATA[News - Goldphyre Resources targets gold in new drilling at Mailman Hill near Leonora ]]> http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/136643/goldphyre-resources-targets-gold-in-new-drilling-at-mailman-hill-near-leonora-25344.html The recently minted Goldphyre Resources (ASX: GPH) is cashed up and on the exploration trail for gold near Leonora in Western Australia.

Goldphyre has commenced an air-core drilling program to cover around 800 metres in 20 holes, to be conducted at the Iron Tank Prospect of the Mailman Hill Project.

The interest aspect of the project is the strategic location in a known gold area, just 25 kilometres east of Leonora.

Drilling will be along strike from a historical intersection of 28 metres at 0.50 g/t gold from 17 metres, including 4 metres at 1.0g/t gold, made by a previous explorers reverse circulation hole.

Goldphyre strategically located

Goldphyre hit the ASX boards in December 2011, with early the exploration focus for the company also including Lake Wells and Yamarna projects, as these projects lie along the Yamarna Greenstone Belt and its northern extensions.

The Yamarna Greenstone Belt is one of the least explored greenstone belts and recent studies by the Geological Survey of Western Australia suggest it shares many geological similarities with the well-endowed Kalgoorlie Terrane greenstone rocks.

<![CDATA[News - Goldphyre Resources targeting gold near Leonora, trades near IPO price in first month ]]> http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/136642/goldphyre-resources-targeting-gold-near-leonora-trades-near-ipo-price-in-first-month-24255.html Goldphyre Resources (ASX: GPH) is targeting gold in the historically highly productive area north of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia, with the company being fairly well received on the ASX in its first month of trade.

Goldphyre hit the ASX boards on Tuesday 20 December, after a successful IPO which offered up to 17.5 million shares at A$0.20 to raise up to $3.5 million.

The company last changed hands at $0.18.

The Goldphyre strategy

Goldphyre is a recently formed gold exploration company that has acquired nine granted tenements over four projects in the Leonora/Laverton and Higginsville regions of Western Australia.

The company plans to use the money raised in its IPO to fund a two year exploration and development campaign across its projects.

Initial exploration will focus on the Lake Wells and Yamarna projects, as these projects lie along the Yamarna Greenstone Belt and its northern extensions.

The Yamarna Greenstone Belt is one of the least explored greenstone belts and recent studies by the Geological Survey of Western Australia suggest it shares many geological similarities with the well-endowed Kalgoorlie Terrane greenstone rocks.

The Lake Wells project is located 160 kilometres north-northeast of Laverton and shallow, historic drill hole gold and nickel anomalism provides immediate drill targets prospective for gold, nickel, platinum group elements, base metals and uranium.

The Yamarna project is located 140 kilometres northeast of Laverton and lies adjacent to significant gold resources and uranium mineralisation, including the Attila-Alaric gold deposit, the recently discovered high grade Central Bore gold deposit and the calcrete-hosted Thatcher Soak uranium prospect.
